It's a limit break transfer.

Say you have a Taiki Defender Mazinger Z and a Shooter Mazinger Z that has been limit broken once. You want to use the Shooter to help limit break the Taiki Defender, but if you do that, it will only make the Defender have one Limit Break, meaning you wasted a llimit break that was already on the Shooter. But with the transfer, you can use that to limit break the Taiki TWICE - one for each effective level the Shooter has (itself and the first limit break.)

Its main use is when events have temporary series that have regular modes and Taiki modes, but those always give SSR Limit Transfers for free anyway, so there's really rarely a point to buying them.

Its aimit break transfer crystal. It allows you to carry over Breaks to another unit of the same type.

Say you have a max broken Broken Nu Gundam, and you get a Taiki Nu. If you feed the broken Nu to the Taiki, it'll only limit break by one. But if you feed it the crystal as well (in the same time) it will transfer all of its breaks over as if you were feeding it 5 individual Nu Gundams.. Eg it will instantly be limit broken all 4 times.

Technically 5 since the unit itself plus the 4 breaks each count as one.

maybe if you already fused a bunch of free event SSRs and then a new Taiki gets released for that robot, you can turn all of those free limit breaks into a limit break for the new unit. overly situational but its something.

Event prizes can’t limit break things that aren’t event prizes. A long time ago they could, but it hasn’t been that way in years.

The part itself suffers from being too situational. You basically never need it, and if you do, it’s often in a scenario where you’ll have one lying around.
