You who still own a working PSP , I summon thee
#1
So here is the deal:

You may have heard of a mythical playable SRW@ for PSX with a full English translation of one branch of the story (or not).
anyway, i did.
And for the longest kept hearing a few rumors and info about this old release and the group that made it.

Well, finally after so many years i got a hold of the this elusive thing "but" i have been facing an obstacle after obstacle to try and confirm the thing (and to think that i thought the hard part is now behind me).

First, the game is converted to eboot to run on PSP and the original patched iso is lost, found my old PSP, found the charger, tried to charge for a few 2nd (red light is there) while i search for the PC connector, found it, connected it but nothing, tried to charge it again till i find a solution and it wont charge anymore.
Left it there, next day its charging fine, tried to connect it to the computer but no luck for some reason and gave up on converting it back to iso.

TL;DR
We need someone with a working PSP to test it.

My PSP still works, but has little battery life. I can try it later when it charges up a bit if no one else has done so yet.

Wow, it really does work. I wonder who did it.

Some random Japanese still on the character select screen, like month/day, but it seems to be translated dialogue, at least in the intro stage. The grammar is horrible though, and could really use an editor. I don't have the JP one on hand to compare, but the beginning dialogue sounds correct according to the story summary on GameFAQs.

I only know the fully translated Alpha Gaiden. Didn't know there's an Alpha translation going on around.
I really don't want to dig up my PSP. Poor thing's got a very weak battery.

Why is it not famous though
This is a year 2000 release guys, felt more like a myth all these years, which really say much in our days and age.
I mean in this internet era, come on.

Please play a couple more stages @orochinagi .

Mission accomplished, i never thought i would see the day.

@orochi
