One thing worries me when I look at the trailer. The character portraits seems... not very fierce and only limited to 2 portraits. I wonder if this is just a 'first trailer syndrome' or it'll be that way to the end (that is gonna suck).

I actually expected Ryoma's face to be yelling louder when he yelled "GETTER BEEEAAAMMM!!!"

How many attacks use more than two portraits?

^AT least it's better than SRWA where Sayaka has only one happy face.
And it's creepy considering she kept her happy face during sad scenes.

According to a interview: Gespenst pilot will be a brand new original character like SRW V's Huckebein and Grungust pilots. Terada also wants to put more non-mecha in SRW. He stated they also want to have some appeal with shows popular overseas, and given the strong sales of V I can't blame them along with some polls with what shows people want in SRW. I'm guessing this logic might also have Outlaw Star possibly in a future game.

I think Gespenst having a new pilot was confirmed weeks ago.

Thanks for linking this, pretty fascinating. I remain hopeful that the Asian sales success will eventually translate to a more direct Western release, but I'm not gonna complain with what we're getting.

So anyway, when are we getting Gall Force, Terada

After looking at a lot of Rayearth stuffs, I realized one minor deviation that hopefully shouldn't bother me much or I think I might have an OCD.

In the Famitsu scans that featured Umi, it looks like she's raising her left hand, when in the show, it was her right hand.

Though I don't think Bamco would even bother to fix that. Maybe it's to fit "Good guys to the right side" feels?

God Mars gets fucked over by that every single game, why would Umi be any different?

*shrug* Guess that happens when my level of engagement in SRW is just being a casual (bleep), so I do not know such detail in the past. For instance, I just stopped following the game after Z2.1 (I think I finished that game. I forgot...)
