*note1: Pilot skills remains the same regardless of unit's class.
*note2: Pilot part bonus may change depending on said unit. (i.e as pointed out, Final Dancouga and Dancouga have different buffs)

Anyone you have a pilot part and mech for. Some people get really absurd with them.

Personally I just splurged on my Taiki Sousuke because why not.

Thanks for posting the info, Dengeki posted a list with details regarding all the skills available...and boy, they really added a lot to this update.

Looks like pilot part bonus also changes depending on the unit, Taiki Defender Dancouga gets +24000 HP, +3000 attack and Armor, +50% accuracy and +400 action gauge speed. That's fair I guess, older units getting better buffs..

Yeah, I have noticed that also. Newer units have less buffs. I'll try to update this slowly if given the free time. Might also ask around for some screenshots about the other pilot parts and skills as I don't own all what is available in the game.

Can you provide the dengeki link? Been wanting to at least create a guide that includes the Japanese writing so everyone knows what each skill does. I've seen a few that appear to be exclusive to X-Omega.

Also, the purpose of the PP Skill Tree is to somehow boost your unit in such a manner that makes a unit more powerful than it already has. One has demonstrated Dancouga to be suped up so much, it can actually take out Gurren Lagann and ZERO with just the DanKuuKougaken.

EDIT: And to balance this potential hax making, the V-Cost system is introduced in the Arena, which as the name suggests, there's a Cost Limit to deploying units in Arena Mode. This makes it virtually impossible to have a team consisting of Neo Granzon, STTGL, ZERO, DyGenGuar, and Nirvash Spec3 when attacking or defending. You're forced to use your weaker units to meet the Cost Limit requirements.

I also learn that the Cost Value of your unit increases depending on the PP Skill Equipped and its level. Maxing out the HP Up Skill will give your unit a 70k HP boost, but raises the Cost Value to 20. Not only it means you can only put one PP Skill to your unit, but if the Cost Limit of deployment is also 20, you can use that unit and no one else. Not aware of any method that would raise the Cost Limit for units and/or the Arena fights.
