Judge Eyes, right?
And it stars Takuya Kimura.
I think I like it. Big Grin

Yeah. You can grab the demo off the JP PSN already.

RE: Project Judge - Garou - 09-12-2018

I was not enamored with the Yakuza franchise but I loved Sleeping Dogs so I'll be giving this a try. Does this take place in the same continuity as Yakuza?

Considering it stars Takuya Kimura, I hope this has karaoke bars where he sings his songs.

RE: Project Judge - Andy Chan - 09-12-2018

^That would be epic.

The location looked really like Kamurocho, tho.
Kiryu cameo please. Big Grin

RE: Project Judge - Garou - 09-12-2018

Now I know why this feels kinda familiar. This game is basically a detective (and much more action-oriented) version of the TV series, Hero, which, incidentally, stars Takuya Kimura as the main character.

RE: Project Judge - yazi - 09-12-2018

Its confirmed to be in the same universe as Yakuza. Tojo clan subsidiary members are shown and it does take place in Kamurocho.

I watched that show, and yes, it definitely gives the vibe of Hero.
Which is exactly what I was hoping when Takuya Kimura showed up on stage.
Except that he's a home shopping maniac and I don't think he can fight in that show. XD

RE: Project Judge - Top Nep - 09-12-2018

Hopefully Kiryu DOESN'T have any real appearance or impact.

The series is new and owuld be best for it to focus etirely on it's new cast, insrtead of RgG players just wanting to see Kiryu.

RE: Project Judge - Andy Chan - 09-12-2018

But you have to admit, having Kiryu around can sell the game.
Just make him non-essentials and true cameo like Vincent in Persona games.
Meet him when he's eating ramen or doing karaoke or something. XD
